I suspect this is happening more in the UK than I had originally anticipated .e.g. My Tram Experience. Being drunk removes all ones inhibitions, therefore you might say that she means what she is saying. Why is she so ignorant that she can't understand that there is no such thing as a 'pure' English person i.e. she's not English either. Good lord, racists are really ignorant!
