Christopher Hitchens - The best of hitchslap

(15:00) Christopher Hitchens, who has inspired the ideals of skepticism, free inquiry, and rational thought, at his best. The term 'hitchslap' is defined in Urban Dictionary as: "The process of utterly obliterating an opponent's entire (usually religious or political) argument, usually in one or more succinct or terse statements, orally or in writing; employed almost exclusively by Christopher Hitchens."

Heroically brave for staring down the obscenties of religion. No-one ever went to war to prove there is no god. What more do you need?

Latest comment: This is all absurd populist stuff - very superficial argument. Hitchens' argument is fashionable today, but like all fashion, really very trivial. However, the religionists' counter arguments are also rather silly. There's nothing wrong with 'God' - it's humanity itself that embodies the whole idea of wrong.
