Latest comment: This loris is owned by a Japanese man who seems to sell exotic animals. The slow loris is critically endangered, and the pet trade is one of the main reasons for this. These videos are entirely misleading, encouraging others to buy them as pets. The pet trade is illegal, and causes horrific suffering. These animals are entirely unsuited to being pets: fruit causes obesity and tooth decay; they need live birds, reptiles, special tree gums. They are nocturnal and venomous.
