(2:57) Invented by 75-year-old Gennai Yanagisawa, who runs an electronics equipment company in Japan, the GEN H-4 personal helicopter is officially the world's smallest one-man helicopter. Its double rotors spinning in opposite directions, makes a tail rotor unnecessary.
