nother way is to buy thru police consfication auctions..You can find out where these are by googling car auctions..For a small fee you can find out what cars are on sale..This is where a lot of dealers buy second hand cars to sell on..Of course if you wish to buy a new car and do not mind losing 30% as you drive away from the showroom then ignore this comment.

This is based on the premise that price is your number one criteria, and you don't mind being an asshole consumer. Business relationships do matter, and I have had the same results by simply being honest, straightforward and friendly in person.

I used to work as a salesman, friendly people got the worst deals, no matter what you believe. The first offers on a car are highly marked up so when you get a car at invoice price or even below invoice price you think you got a good deal when in actuality we are still making thousands on it. It's not the salesperson's fault, they are genuine, it's the sales manager. The only way of knowing you got the best deal is with this method. If you don't car and want a quick and hassle free deal you can always try going to the fleet manager, make sure you know the car you want, and they'll give you a low price, no haggling, because they sell in volume they don't care.
