Yes it's possible to be raped willingly. Some examples are date rape where the person is drugged and they do it willingly. Another is raping children under the statutory rape term. If you have consensual sex with a minor, that is still considered rape because they are not legally able to consent.

Latest comment: I think courts of law in most jurisdictions would say that the inability to fight off a sexual attack after being drugged does NOT constitute consent.
