Customer goes apeshit in T-Mobile shopCustomer goes apeshit in T-Mobile shop

(3:44) Customer service at T-Mobile gets a mere 30 points out of 200 according to CustomerServiceScoreboard.com, a customer service ratings website based on user feedback. Could this be the inspiration behind this man's actions?

T-Mobile gave me customer service like that too. We're powerless against the corporations! They can make the rules up as they go along, upsetting whoever they please and there's nothing we can do about it!

There is something you can do about it. Stop using their service and go with a different company. Nobody is telling you that you must use T-Mobile. Is it a government requirement? Nope.

I wonder how many hits this YouTube item has had..The advirtising benifit for T-Mobile will be huge. The perpertrator looked composed and quit gentle.. Was this a publicity stunt?

Latest comment: Interesting that they cuffed him with his hands in front of his body. Generally in the US, I see them do it in the back. You can still fight easily with your hands in front of you.

The really surprising thing is that this doesn't happen more in Corporate Britain. I hope he makes some of the rubber-neckers think about how they live in the cause of making even greater profits for the already-wealthy.

Street sign shows it is Manchester UK, I think the policeman ask him if he is a stupid American tourist and he seems to agree.
