Safety car lap, see the waved yellow flag and "SC" board at 0:06-0:07 seconds on the right hand side? He was lucky not to collide and hurt somebody badly, terrible driving.

Silly driver, this was a safety car lap under yellows, see the yellow at 0:17-0:18... he was lucky not hurt several people.

Latest comment: Ya can't always see the flags in that amount of spray at that level. The camera was higher and gets spray blown away more than the drivers visor which was probably steamed up in those conditions. I speak from experience! Frankly he did bludy well. It wasn't all luck, he did react and swerve away but luck was also on his side.
