I think the whole scenario is best summed up from the fact that the policeman tried to take the guy's rucksack off - even though he had the guy's hands cuffed behind his back. A bit like trying to take your underpants off without first taking off your trousers.

Borat suim-suits are soon to be a luxury. Republicans are bragging they will repeal the ACA, turn Social Security over to mutual funds, and dissolve the FDA, NIH, EPA, USDA, FTC, and SEC to save industry the expense of providing cushy pension jobs to ex-staffers of these agencies. The only people with clean air, water, safe food and healthcare will be those who can join Mitt in his Cayman and Swiss villas.
