The protestors tactics reminded me of Callum Gilhooley from Absolutely, who would drive his victims to the point despair with his constant, monotonous, dull prattle. \"Aye, my neighbors got a Mondeo, no maestro, or was it a Metro?..anyway it was black, like yours..no blue..no orange - like my jacket..aye. I like your jacket, it looks warm, i got one of those....or rather I had one of those until it the mice took over...they seemed happy with their new home. Ohhh you got a camera, brill! I got a camera, only its smaller than yours and its in one of my ..er..pockets.....wheres it gone? ah heres the instruction manual, actually i\'m having trouble with it, look here on page 23 it says......hey come back! where are you going?\"

So if some strike breaking oil rig roughnecks showed up and took offence with you wanting them out of work, you wouldn't want these guys around? Sure they were there snapping pics of your faces for when someone breaks out The Anarchist's Cookbook and starts vandalizing the Shell station (which is probably owned by one of your neighbours) They are there to make sure everyone plays by the rules.

Balls, if they were so legitimately employed protecting the public, why did they refuse to admit any connection to the police or any kind of security or law enforcement. Why the big secret if everything is so devoted to protecting the public. Me arse, they were there to get the drop on the protesters so they can have whatever pressure is to hand exerted on them to move them out of the way of the money. You want to use the excuse of your safety to allow that, good for you. When they come for you some day I'll break out the popcorn and watch too.

Bloody Shell to Sea protestors irritate me so much.. Constantly criticising Gardai, while failing to realise how much tax payers THEY waste, as a result of the need for a Garda presence and trying to frame Gardai as part of their 'rape tape'.. Get a job!!.. Bloody crusties..

thretening a member of the public? how? when?

Guest: Steve222 (249 days ago)
Don't be such a bloody disappointment to yourself and your parents. Defending a wanker who's threatening a member of the public? Crusties? Where's your argument?

Guest: Greenman (248 days ago)
They are a bunch of crusties living on social welfare being a burden to society. Very few are from the area where the main protest is. They harass and intimidate people that try to go to work on the site and they vandalize private property. They are low life scum.

Latest comment: Both of you anti-protesters are idiots. Ok so instead of people like you representing the best interest of the public it's come down to the lowest form of protester, but what they are doing is right. If I was still in the country I'd be doing the same. We are the only country in the world who get NOTHING from our own resources, we pay the same for our own gas and oil per barrel as we do if we bought it from Norway. We wouldn't need to worry about tax wasters if we actually made money from this atrocity to me, my children (I do intend on returning home) and my ancestors. My uncle works FOR Shell, in Rossport, his brother has the pipe going through his land. I know exactly what I'm talking about, do you?
