If you know what you are buying is horse then all well and good. If you eat what you think is beef and it turns out to be horse then that is wrong. I hate horses but they do taste good.

actually having horsemeat in our beefburgers instead of beef has probably saved 1000's of people from dying of bse.

Horse meat is funkin' lovely. I am lucky enough to get to eat it several times a year in Switzerland. Pepper sauce, Knoepfli, dee lish arse!
