6th grader asks a question about Noah's Ark

(6:14) There are many reasons why Noah's Ark is a myth, but these two questions posed by students at a school in Beaverton, Oregon, are priceless.

Is it just coincidence that you say all atheism arguments have been refuted but your link doesn't work? Is that god's way of preventing you from proving god exists?

Harry Potter books exist - does that mean Voldemort was around until Harry killed him, and his children are now at a real Hogwarts school with Hermione's and Ron's? God does not exist in the omnipotent form in which you believe as that would mean he created malaria and HIV/AIDS that kills millions of innocent children a year! Why does a loving God kill children and yet let Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong come to power? Unless of course God is evil.

Latest comment: You didn't really address the killing kids thing, but the other stuff you've written seems rather well argued and surprisingly eloquent from someone who believes in God, so I think I'll accede and leave you to your flat earth and Sunday School sex.

The problem is, that people believing that the bible is the absolute truth seem to have no idea about science. Obviously the Mt.Everest wouldn't so far about sea level anymore, so there would be air to breath. The more interesting question is, where all the water went after the flood.

I asked a minister that question before and was told there was an ice layer around the earth that melted -- possibly from Genesis 7:12 (And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.) But, the sources of the water are given in Genesis 7:11 as “the fountains of the great deep” and the “windows of heaven.”
