The name of the ship is Astongate. It looks like the cars were taken directly from the street, so the crew might have been busy getting away, and therefore didn't care about the lashings...

Latest comment: If this is the Astongate, it's registered under the Cambodian flag (which may be a flag of convenience). Are you implying these are stolen cars, and the crew didn't lash them down because they were making a quick getaway?
