Meta's SpaceGlasses, the future of computing

(1:30) Currently only available to developers, demo of Meta's first generation augmented reality SpaceGlasses. 27-year-old Meta CEO Meron Gribetz wants to lead the transition from mobile to wearable, augmented-reality computing. "There is no other future of computing other than this technology, which can display information from the real world and control objects with your fingers at low latency and high dexterity," he said in May 2013.

It seems that humans are so out of love with their world they will devise any distraction so as not to see it. Funny that that will probably cost them their habitat.

As if mobile phones weren't bad enough, here's another way for idiots to walk in front of moving vehicles and generally stop paying attention to the world around them, and don't tell me it won't happen. Attention spans have grown shorter and the gadget in their hands is more important than their surroundings or their safety.
