OK, I LOVED this video. Some great principles were involved. The guy making the video wasn't an a******. His attitude was good, he asked to get what was offered and none of the staff minded pleasing a pleasant customer. I learned from this that both customers and staff can just mutually quit caring to everyone's detriment. There is always a right way to do things, even the negative stuff. From "Saving Private Ryan":

Captain Miller: Reiben, pay attention. Now, this is the way to gripe. Continue, Jackson.

Food not the way you like? Don't bitch; be pleasant about it. If you don't understand that, you need to spend a few hours reading notalwaysright dot com and notalwaysworking dot com.

Still dont get it? My local bar and grill has 60 cent taco night. One night, I get nearly empty tacos. I said to my waitress "thank you, but it seems the tacos were a bit underfilled." I got a quick apology and the next round of tacos were great. Maybe my reputation of tipping 50%-100% helped. Oh, and some of the waitstaff were guests in my home for food and games. I don't worry about spit in my food. I care about them, they care about me. Karma.
