Could be Humpback or Right, although my guess is the latter due to the whale lice patches and bowed head. It also has broader/shorter fins with no dorsal (didn't see one in the vid). Given it's Argenina, it fits the territory for both, however Right's are more docile. Correct me if I'm wrong.
