The underlying element of complaisancy towards skimming portrayed in the half cent rounding that Richard Pryor diverted from the bank's payroll department to his paycheck 30 years ago in the 1983 Superman III movie pervades attitudes behind all subsequent scams in the financial markets and is even joked about as if the Hollywood script writer provided a MOOC before video streaming accross the internet was available.
