How the hell would he know that they didn't try? Maybe the evidence of his innocence was overwhelming? I am sure that they thought long and hard on this one because of all the media and the threat of violence. You can bet your bottom dollar that they took it seriously! If there was no indictment it is because the Cop wasn't guilty of anything... Suck it up and move on!

Save your rant. He is spot on. The prosecution didn't push for an indictment. He is basing this opinion on facts.

As he said, this is not to judge if he is guilty or not, this was purely to decide if he should face a trail.

I'm sure he would have been found innocent in a court of law, but that is not the point. Think about it.

Are you saying that everyone should be indicted? What is the point of this process then? 12 people from a variety of walks of life listened to and read ALL of the evidence and decided that this cop did not need to be indicted. That should be good enough. That should indicate that the evidence FOR him was overwhelming. Do you think that they should have been swayed by a hoard of people that have already decided on his guilt? The POINT is. The grand jury process is there to decide if there is enough evidence to indict someone. He was not there to see what the procecution did or did not do, Ultimately it is the jury that makes the call. This jury decided that there was not. So I don't understand what all this madness is about except that the black community decided the cop was guilty so as far as they are concerned the facts don't matter, The truth don't matter, They just want their piece of flesh!

He shot an unarmed man. End of. That's enough evidence.

If there is evidence that will exonerate him, which i think there is, he will be cleared in a court of law. That is the process.

This is not how the system is supposed to work and lends weight to the argument of abuse of power by whites.

The jury was NOT all white. So wind your neck in! This system has been used for many years, How come it is good enough for everyone else but suddenly not good enough when a white cop shoots a black man. You were not in the room, You do not know all of the facts and evidence, You should not be saying that it is not a fair process. Just because you are not privvy to all of the information does not mean that it was not a fair and just decision! I don't understand why you say that "This is not how the system is supposed to work' it seems to me that the system is doing what it is supposed to do. If there was overwhelming evidence presented that the cop did what he had to do for his own safety the jury would decide that he shouldn't be indicted. This seems to be what happened. Which means that the system DOES work! There have been many times in the past where un armed people have been shot for attacking police or other citizens. That does NOT automatically mean that the person who shot should have to be put on trial. There are many situations where shooting would be considered completely justified. It seems that the jury in this case felt that this was one of those times.

You stated "He shot an unarmed man, end of" Also "This is not how the system is supposed to work" also it "Lends weight to the argument of abuse of power by whites"

I addressed those statements. What exactly did I "Read as I wanted" ?

As a half black person, I am ashamed at the behaviour of those blacks (And whites) Who have decided prior to and in the face of evidence to the contrary, That this cop has to be tried based on public opinion. or that he is guilty based on the same opinion,. I have faith that the grand jury heard facts and saw evidence that convinced them that this man was without a doubt not guilty and therefore shouldn't be indicted. If anyone does not like the system then they need to start action to change it but I think we all know that this is more a race thing than anything else. These people do not want justice or truth, They want the white man to pay!

I have no agend. I am nutral until informed. I was informed like anyone else who want's to know. I heard the evidence that was presented and agree with the decision

The point being made in the video is that the PROSECUTER didn't try.

He was saying that in normal cases the prosecutor goes all out to try and get an indictment but in this case he didn't.

How the hell does he know that? Was he in there? I don't get the basis of his statement. He is voicing an opinion as fact. That is wrong!

You do know that it is the jury that decides, The prosecutor might have done everything that he could but the jury still decided that there was overwhelming evidence that the cop was innocent and shouldn't be indicted. That is a possible scenario. People like this guy give a one sided opinion and present it as fact which inflames an already incendiary situation.
