Magician avoids speeding ticket with Rubik's Cube trick

Magician avoids speeding ticket with Rubik's Cube trick

(1:49) From YT: "December 5th around 3am I was pulled over doing 42 in a 30 MPH. I told the cop I was coming from a Holiday Party in NYC. He asked why I had all the cards in my car and I told him I was a magician. He then asked me to show him a magic trick. I'm glad to say I left without a ticket." youtube.com/user/StevenNBAplayer

It would be more impressive if one of the officers mixed it up and he solved it in one second behind his back. The way he mixed it up, it was a easy pattern and he partially undid the pattern before putting it behind his back. It's okay but not too impressive.

The impressive bit is the way he turned the tables, took charge, and started ordering the policeman about - like when he said "a little louder", or "keep on going". The result, no ticket. How brilliant was that?

I can solve the cube and even won many speed contests back in the early 80s. What the guy did was neat but not too impressive. I've seen videos of people solving it with their feet and that impresses me more.

I meant a video or recording of _you_ winning a speed-solving contest, not this goof with the feet.

Yes, come on Cary - here's your chance truly to impress us.

Post a vid of you solving a jumbled Rubik's cube in a second (with or without feet) and we'll bow down and worship at the temple of cengland0... say for a week

Yeah, right. I know you guys and the last thing I would do is post a video of myself doing anything. I have even taken down my photo that was my icon and a video I had on youtube with me in it just because of the users of this site.
