Can't decide if this is the best or worse idea ever.

Worst:

1 - hinders backward movement (to avoid traffic, for example).

2 - the problem with the running commute is normally not the weight of a rucksack, but the lack of a shower (or time to shower) on arrival.

3 - danger of no longer knowing how "long" you are leading to collisions with traffic.

4 - the only reason to take this, rather than a rucksack, would be if you had something very heavy to transport - this would then screw your lower back if you had to stop suddenly (and see point 1).

5 - tripping danger for other pedestrians.

I'll never use one of those but I'd happily run behind that girl for as long as my lungs and legs would allow. She has a magnificent bottom and the rest of her is pretty nice as well.
