Sorry, sorry - just realised all the stuff I'd made up.

Let me be more precise. Why has someone added a shark's fin to the ichthus symbol on the back of the object in front of this guy which may or may not be his laptop?

"Christian tries to use Logic and Gets Owned".

This is BoreMe having a go at presenting an alternative opinion :)

Youtube has all sides. An example of the superb rationalism and lack of hypocrisy of atheists: LINK

I clicked on your link, oh anonymous Guest, It only demonstrated the superb rationalism and lack of hypocrisy of one atheist.

If you're not allowed to use the views of a single atheist / theist to characterise atheism / theism, then I'm sure you find a lot of BoreMe videos rather troubling. Besides, Dawkins isn't just one atheist, to them he is the superatheist - the pope of atheism, if you like. Constantly quoted, constantly referred to in links on here, unquestionable, the purveyor of truth and scientific rationality. I suppose it's sacrilege on here to provide examples of him tying himself in knots. However, if you are wanting to see other (lesser) atheists lampooned, search Youtube for 'Atheist owned by..." and you have a nice selection.

'Getting owned' is in the head of the beholder. This video is titled "Atheist Lawrence Krauss gets owned by Hamza Tzortzis", but I think Krauss owns Tzortzis. LINK

That's the problem with humans. We all think we are right, yet we all know we can't all be right. Something doesn't add up.

I agree. There are plenty of videos purporting to show people on all sides 'getting owned' including atheists contradicted by their own arguments, theists confused by the questions they're asked, which is why showing only one group doesn't tell us very much at all. It just massages the people who want to confirm their own bias.

Are you the same anonymous Guest or a different one?

"If you're not allowed to use the views of a single atheist / theist to characterise atheism / theism, then I'm sure you find a lot of BoreMe videos rather troubling."

Stop making stuff up: who said you're not allowed? You can do what you like on BoreMe.

However, if you routinely take a single example and then extrapolate it to describe the whole set, then I'm sure you find it rather troubling that not all atheists have grey hair.

God almighty, another pedant who doesn't get hyperbole. I apologise for implying that we are not allowed to extrapolate - it wasn't meant literally, sweetheart, only to highlight the fact that if you don't approve of that behaviour, you won't approve of most of the videos here.

Don't you think maybe among atheists, attitudes on religion are more homogenous than their hair color? Is that a valid comparison do you think?

Anyway, I agree with you mostly. People on here routinely take single theists and try to make assumptions about every person of that faith, however diverse they may be.
