Exxon's great climate cover-up

(10:11) From early climate change research to epic denier. From Exxon's own scientific research in the 1970s, the company was aware of the impact of fossil fuels on the climate, but chose to hide it from the public. youtube.com/user/democracynow

I'm always amused at the way alarmists cant see the absurdity of believing that Exxon's scientists were able to arrive at the "troof" without the billions of funding, computers and all the satellite data they have nowaday .It's a sort of backhanded complement to the quality of scientists that Exxon employed, as well as a dig at the current inept state of academia

I'm always amused at the way deniers can't see the absurdity of trying to persuade people of the "troof" of their credo by using both non-sequiturs and claiming educational superiority while still displaying appalling logic and low standards of written communication. It's nothing like a back-handed compliment to the quality of their teachers, but does reflect the current inept state of their intellect.

Yep, all the billions spent on the most up to date supercomputers, and teams of modellers searching for the answer, and leftards would have you believe that these Exxon genius scientists worked it all out using the equivalent of pocket calculators and slide rulers and then proceeded to hide it from us all...........

Well you can see how that looks to the average punter.

There are lies, damned lies and statistics... but now there are also computer modelling techniques.

People went to the moon without supercomputers (though they may have had genius scientists using the equivalent of pocket calculators).

Well you can see how that looks to the average person who can rub two brain cells together.
