It was illegal to be gay in the UK. It held the death penalty until 1861. It continued to be illegal until 1967 in England and Wales. It wasn't until 1980 for Scotland and 1982 for northern Ireland.

Enjoy yourself now, Milo - but I doubt that gays are going to get a free pass in Trump's America.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Projecting are we Bob ?.

But then of course this is normal for libtards, they just make it up as they go along.

Btw you will have noted the use of the word "libtard". This is because making stuff up about political opponents and then getting all worked up about it is what libtards do ( it's actually an Alinsky tactic)?

Your welcome

Another perfetic impersonation by a struggling libtard. Anyone with a brain can see this comment is a perfect demonstration of Alinsky rule 5. It is nothing but ridicule which at this stage is all libtards can do. I don't need to resort to this foolish tactic .

Btw its easy to see that I am runing rings around these libtards who can't handle my education and intellect. They end up inflating their narcasism and expand the inner "they" to monumental levels which is the only way they can handle it. Sad really. :)

Hilarious

It hurts doesn't it, but has Trump actually spoken out against gays ?, or is this just another example of a overactive libtard imagination.

From my perspective it seems that he has no reluctance to employ gays if they are the best candidate avalable, and he makes no fuss about it.

Btw Bob this comment was not me. Another libtard impersonation. His response to you was 100% Alinsky (Rule 5 ridicule) . I have no need for that sort of confused libtard tactic.

You were projecting as it is a well known libtard reasoning tactic to accuse the other side of what you do. Your retarded little poem tries to mask the fact that the liberal elite become more and more fascist by the decade and never more so than now .

Hilarious to see you clutching at straws

You need to stop projecting and learn to read properly . You are responding to the wrong person on person?

I have tried many times to help libtards fathom out reality and it always ends in projections, word soups and their wild confusion at my reasoning skills . Btw I don't need to educate you as you are part of the impersonation brigade .

I must be slow this morning. You mean there are two people posting as "Facepalm" and I'm supposed to interpret which one is which?

Why don't you open an account so you can post under a unique username?

And if you make an accusation then don't/can't/choos e not to back it up then what does that say about you and the "arguments" you're proposing?

It is very straightforward to anyone with a brain. If the comment depends upon established libtard techniques taught by Alinsky (such as ridicule or maintaining pressure) then you are dealing with a uneducated libtard impersonator who is upset at being proven wrong yet again by my intelligence.

Btw I back up all my arguments. Why must libtards project on me whenever they fail to understand my advanced reasoning ?. What does it say about you when you cannot comprehend superior intellectualisms? Hilarious really

I reserve the right to use multiple names . I have always done so as it helps to attack narcissistic projections from libtards and highlights the range of common sense views .

Goodness me, why do you think Trump supporters laugh so much at snowflakes at their endless tears.

Having watched your performance on the other thread, I now really feel for you. I think a certain character (or two) should have been more understanding towards the issues that you were sharing. I mean all this talk of 'winning'; do you think people with healthy self-esteem talk like that? Someone asked you to be honest with yourself.

I wish you the best. I don't think this site is helpful for the issues you have. Tell yourself what you like, about how we're all liberals, stupid, retarded, projecting, word-soup - apply all of that abuse and therapy talk onto us if it makes you feel better. We can take it. But have a good think about steps you can take to safeguard your emotional well-being.

Because Islam, like all manner of beliefs, is often heavily engrained or internalised LINK

Any criticism of the internalised belief is treated like criticism of the believer personally. They cannot separate the belief from themselves. The same can be seen with some conservatives, liberals etc.

As far as I understand, Islam is based around the idea of surrendering to a higher power. It is a belief system that teaches moderation of the ego, which is a good and heathy thing.

But because believers are indoctrinated from a young age and because there are militaristic interpretations of the belief, the core message is lost and you get ego defence mechanisms kicking in if the belief is criticised.

You could say that any muslim that cannot tolerate criticism of Islam is not a real muslim. Which would be most of them.

It is there right to be offended. But it isn't there right to expect others to adjust to their offence. That would be emotional manipulation.

"...archeological excavation in Mecca and Medina."

I take it you would like to know about historical claims and their authenticity?

I personally don't think issues like that matter. Who said what, when etc. doesn't change the fact that people trust a particular scripture.

Its not something I know much about so if you're willing to summarise for me I'd appreciate it.

I don't agree that any book is about truth, only the authors perspective, their truth.

And I respect that. Influential people thought history have sought truth. And the best ideas survive the ages simple because they still resonate with people - eye for an eye vs turn the other cheek etc. etc.

My interest is in what has become obscured but is apparent throughout various great perspectives. From Buddha to Jesus, Confucius to Adam Smith, Sigmund Freud to Mate Gabor.

The relationship between the inner world sought through self reflection and belief and the outer world projected through innovation and creativity.

I seek the micro dynamics in every living soul that underpin the macro structures that govern empires.

I simply recognise that the world consists of many human brains processing the sensory inputs that human brains can process.

I take it from there.

Hows does what I wrote give anything a free pass?

Islam happened and is still happening. As are all other currently believed beliefs.

Ideas transmitted from brain to brain. They survive because they do. Evolution is nondeterministic.

If you want to stop ideas then you gonna need to get involved with some Genghis Khan level abusive behaviour.

Then what does that make you?

Just so you know I'm the author of the post that ended with "You could say that any muslim that cannot tolerate criticism of Islam is not a real muslim. Which would be most of them."

But criticism of Islam shouldn't start with blind hatred of it.

Check your motivations. If you want to prove that Islam is barbaric and incompatible with western liberalism you will.

Just as when Muslims want to prove that western civilisation is un-islamic they will.

Look for the similarities not the differences.

Ignore the haters. The Qur'an is just a text it requires interpretation.

If the interpreters produce hatred then **** them.

Wiping out anyone isn't an option.

How about we first establish what is true in Qur'an, and what is not. Who wrote it, where and when? And then go from there.

No wiping out necessary.

Trying to debunk the Qur'an isn't going to achieve anything.

Neither would debunking Adam Smith's Theory of Moral Sentiments or Plato's Republic or Alan Partridge's Alpha Papa.

Respecting differences can only come from learning emotional tolerance within ourselves. By separating our concept of self from the ideas we value and respecting that others do the same.

We exist as physical bodies that will one day cease to exist. The ideas we value can not change that.

How our ideas live on after us is out of our control. All we can do is plant the seed and hope that it grows.

Its all very simple yet seems vastly complex.

And its nothing our ancestors haven't thought of before.

Don't trust this libtard response. It is a stock Rule 9 Alinsky tactic “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”

Why must these libtards follow so blindly their puppet masters? What happened to original thought?

If your boss tells you:

"You have worked 8 hours a day, for 10 days, that is 60 hours. Hour of your work is 100; 60 * 100 = 4000, I owe you 3000, here you are. "

Would you accept his version of mathematics?
