That Reagan banned Aerosol was substituted with other items:

C3-C6 Saturated light hydrocarbons (e.g., propane, n-butane, isobutane) - Dangerous because flammable.

Compressed Gases (carbon dioxide, air, nitrogen, nitrous oxide)

Dimethyl Ether - Flammable

HFC-152a - Several reports of fatal car crashes have been linked to drivers huffing HFC-152a. Prolonged exposure has been linked in humans to the development of coronary disease and angina. When inverted to spray liquid, the boiling fluorocarbon is easily ignitable, producing a very large blast of flame and extremely toxic gases such as hydrogen fluoride and carbonyl fluoride as combustion products.

HFC-227ea - High global warming potential.

HFO-1234ze(E) - Dangerous so recommended workplace exposure limit of 1000 ppm and a preliminary recommended acute consumer exposure limit of 420 ppm.
