If you had to choose between working in the open, breathing fresh air and with few threats to your health (other than falling off a roof because you weren't secured properly) OR working underground, coming to the surface plastered in the coal dust you have to breathe, with the prospect (albeit small) of collapses and explosions......which would YOU choose? Yep, me too.

Could that have something to do with the decline in coal mining and the increase in solar jobs, too?
