If the train had been going fast enough to break the windshield and the suspension, do you think it would've stopped where it did, or kept going? It missed the front bumper, hence no damage. It's to one side of the car, not on top of it. Instead of making assumptions and nay-saying, think. Even if just for a minute.

Platinum rain never heard of a "Near Mis" before. Look at ALL the pictures. Too hard to fake from that many angles. As for the "Random Pond" previous guest hit the nail on the head. 5 unused bags of sorbix in photo 2&3, numerous fireman with aluminum shovels ( low spark potential) in hand from building the dike to contain the diesel fuel.

Its not a fake. I live here in Tallinn and can assure you it did happen. The driver of the train was Russian. And it was just this single train car. Just a guy who parked his car where he should not have parked it and the train guy was not paying attention to his duties. Karma baby. Dont be a prick and you wont have a train hit your BMW. ;)

Its fake. 1) The windscreen (or windshield) is not even cracked 2) The suspension is not compressed or broken as it would be if it was supporting some of the weight of an at least 20 tonne train engine 3) The BACK of the car is perfectly ok - if the car had been hit by a train it would have shot straight back into the post that is right behind it 4) The front bumper is still attached to the car and looks normal, as does the bonnet.

No! It is fake because 1)There is a man with a blue helmet in picture 5 2)The car is in metalic, therefore it can not be female 3)I like cookies

"The random pond.." you ask. Obviously leaking diesel so the fire fighters have built a dam around to contain it. It would then be diluted with water and chemicals... hence the random pond. If you look at the blue hats you will see the tools even. And that is my rant on the subject.

Latest comment: That's your problem! When a BMW is hit by a train the railroad track bolts get stressed. That's when you will notice all those iron stress fractures. I's just as bad for the train as it is for the BMW. LINK and Nuts/index.html
