Asian school girls synchronised dancing

Japanese school girls taunt their teacher with some synchronised swaying action. Can anyone explain/translate?

Regarding the prick who claims "you have no idea how Asian languages sound like" (sic). Just thought you should consider the possibility that my wife might be Asian, or maybe I am of Asian descent, or that I lived there for a while, or any other logical possibility, you stupid prick. Wakarimashita ka? Probably not.

Latest comment: Although I can't see it on my computer it's called para para dancing, which is a trend in japan that started in the 90's where girls would watch singers or dance groups music videos and learn the dance from it. It is becoming increasingly popular among westerners now with more people having access to the video's via the internet.
