Excerpt from The Chomsky Sessions: Noam Chomsky On The World (2008). Rare moment at 5.06 when Chomsky says 'shit'.

Geez... why give this hypocrite a moment of time? Noam is one of those people for whom hypocrisy is a virtue. He hates all those rich, greedy capitalists who do things like establishing trusts to protect their riches. However, he hires the law firm of Palmer and Dodge to create an irrevocable trust to protect his millions from taxation. From Norm: "do as I say, not as I do." Oh, kindly retire with your wealth, shut up and spare us your sophistry on the very capitalism that made you rich.

An Alternative to Capitalism (which we need here in the USA) Several decades ago, Margaret Thatcher claimed: "There is no alternative". She was referring to capitalism. Today, this negative attitude still persists. I would like to offer an alternative to capitalism for the American people to consider. Please click on the following link. It will take you to an essay titled: "Home of the Brave?" which was published by the Athenaeum Library of Philosophy: LINK John Steinsvold Perhaps in time the so-called dark ages will be thought of as including our own. --Georg C. Lichtenberg
