Japanese giant spider crab sheds its shell

Enoshima Aquarium in Fujisawa, Japan, has released time-lapse footage of a molting Japanese spider crab, whose 3.8 meter (12 ft 6 in) leg span makes it the world's largest arthropod species. Video shot over a 6-hour period. Almost made me jump out of my skin. Apparently Japanese spider crabs have a gentle disposition.

Think it grunts and strains like I do when I'm constipated? And then lets out a big sigh?
