Fukushima radiation so high even robots can't work there!

(7:14) Germany had plans to ween itself off nuclear power over the next 25 years, but following the Fukushima disaster in March 2011, it is accelerating the process and recently announced a massive $260 billion investment in clean and renewable energy. A year on after the Fukushima disaster, radiation levels are still rising. Kevin Kamps from anti-nuclear group 'Beyond Nuclear' joins Thom Hartmann to discuss the issue.
