i bet he got sent in front of the camera to take responsibility for PRISM because Obama, the corporate whore, was taking too much heat and the corporations didn't like it that much "hey Georgy boy, we didn't call you to speak at Mitt's campaign but we'll send you to take the blame for PRISM".
