Correct. Not all people are able to see that point. Thanks for pointing it out for the less sensitive ones.

What an utter douche. The woman was in the wrong obviously, and then he turned it around, antagonized her, and made things 1000x worse. If you want to end an unpleasant situation, why would you shout abuse at them as they leave? Why would you reverse after them? Not only a total lack of de-escalation skills, but a pathetically childish confrontational mindset. There are literally grade school kids that handle arguments better than this d!ck. And then making a 'holier than though' video about how he isn't gonna use all his "power" to ruin this woman's life? Get a grip. He managed to completely flip my opinion within 2 minutes.

This was an unusually confrontational comment, and remarkably stupid.

"There are literally grade school kids that handle arguments better than this d!ck." Oh, what a sweet self-contradition.

At first I was suprised by how calm the driver was. Then it became too much of it, unfortunately. Very easy to understand for anyone who has been in similar circumstances, or anyone who is able to move out of his chair and understand people.

"And then making a 'holier than though' video about how he isn't gonna use all his "power" to ruin this woman's life? Get a grip. He managed to completely flip my opinion within 2 minutes."

Strange how a commentator cannot see all the self-contradictions in a post, and his embarrisingly strong self-worth. If this video shows the driver as a "d!ck", who's life is then affected by the video?

The woman behaved like shit and made things worse and worse as she continued. Some people would have stayed calm, thanks partly to their genetic makeup. Not everyone is built that way. But she's sort of better than this know-it-all who has so high opininions about himself, but so little understanding of human psychology, including the psychology of grade school kids. Amazing.

On a sidenote, I think it's interesting to see such behavior by a passager documented. I always find it depressing that people with week or strong psykopathic tendencies can treat the rest of us like that.

But... whether it was correct to post the video is a different question. I would vote no, out of privacy consern for the misbehaving woman. I hope she is not recognized by many and that she learns from here mistake, unless this reveals a personality trait (which it seems to do unless the woman was drunk).

Calling someone a d!ck isn't the same as not being able to de-escalate a direct argument in a mature way. See the difference? If I was in a real-life confrontation with him that I wasn't enjoying, I wouldn't call him a d!ck because that would prolong the situation. It isn't hard to grasp. I'm not in a confrontation with him and there's no situation I'm trying to avoid so it doesn't matter if I call him a d!ck. I guess you're another hot-head "bro" who can't take an insult from a drunk girl, or anyone else.

Sure I would have dealt with things in this way up to about the age of 20. After that (usually before), most people learn de-escalation skills so they can get out of situations that they don't like.. 'Genetic make-up', my a$$, what a pathetic excuse. If you understand people, you understand what will make them behave worse and it wasn't hard to see for most of us.

She opened the door at 2m30, she was ready to leave, that would have been the end. Notice that? If she's "behaving like shit", or "shady", then LET HER GO, get rid of her. Done. But no, he continued on and on and antagonised her. His fragile ego and male pride couldn't cope with being called a bitch a minute later so he (in a sober and professional role) took part in a full on abusive row with a drunk girl. Pathetic. It was only after that point that she got 'violent' if you can call it that. Then after asking her to leave several times, he actually said 'where are you going'. Seriously? You don't see how dumb that is?

There are plenty of Uber videos where the drivers calmly and passively deal with shit behaviour which leads to a faster and safer resolution for everyone. Go watch them and learn something. As far as I'm concerned, if you can't deal with difficult customers without chasing them to shout abuse, you shouldn't be working in any customer-facing role let alone in an Uber unsupervised. Stick to an office job which I guess is where you are right now.

And hey, maybe learn to spell 'psychopathic' or 'embarassingly' or 'weak' before calling people stupid, honey.
