Heres an idea. If you make people agree to T and C when they sign up to your service, and they break those T and C, you should be able to stop offering your service to them.

It seems like Freedom of Speech only applies to the Dems, it's ok for them to shout someone out in a restaurant, but heaven forbid you call out a liberal democrat.

No... freedom of speech only applies to agents of the goverment. Get to know the constitution.

Thank god businesses are still free to set their own terms and conditions and if you break them, too bad, they dont have to give you there service.

Thats right. No one is legally bound to put up with your bullshit.

Deal with it.

How about the business that refused service to the gay couple who wanted a wedding cake, they were taking all the way to the Supreme Court, so your arguement falls down a bit in the middle.

Deal with that.

Easy.

That was where the potential customers were not even offered the terms and conditions.  The bakery refused to allow them to become customers because of something they cannot change.

This situation is that Twitter etc DID allow Jones to be a customer, and DID offer him the terms and conditions and he DID accept.  He then broke them with his behaviour which he can change.

See the difference?

So tell me, in your twisted world a company can't set its own terms and conditions because some snowflakes will cry when they break them and get shown the door?
