Experiment.  Let's see if the billionaires are really the great leaders, innovators and job creators they say, thus worthy of all the privilege, power and pleasures they claim.  Round 'em up and fly them somewhere far away, under assumed names, blocked from their financial resources.  We'll see if their new home suddenly blooms with prosperity under their inspired leadership- or if they prove incapable of even holding a steady job.
