all i can say is this is one big lie. the video. Go see for yourself. i'm a christian. and i tell you what, no religion made me that way. I have seen God do things that are completely unexplainable otherwise. and the funny thing is, the reason you dont see what is around you is because you aren't seeing. you may look all you want and not see. to look at something is quite different from seeing it.

Just because something is unexplained does not mean that it is the act of God. God was made up by men to explain things that people could not understand, but today as science is uncovering more and more of the unexplained, Christianity holds no room for change. It was written by men who did not understand the world around them, and is followed by those who wish to close their minds and follow blindly.

Nearly 90% of the US population is delusional. They are christians and and vote their fellow delusional leaders into public office every two-four years. Your Bush and neo-conservatives are the worst of these monsters and predators! They need to be hung....NOW!! If anyone cannot see how christianity and other religions are used to control the "masses", and promote a personal agenda and manifesto, they are indeed a sick and pathetic individual!

I don't believe in god myself, but i think his style of reasoning is a little blunt and not entirely valid. His main argument seems to be: most people would think this was silly. This may be true, but it's not an argument in itself. He does present us with some evidence (or lack of) to show that the Mormon myth isn't true. Fair enough. But he then he dismisses the Muslim and Christian myths simply because they sound similar to the Mormon one, and without any evidence (or lack of) to back him up. he then quickly skips to showing how being a christian, if Christianity is false, is bad: and therefore Christianity is false. Another bit of flawless reasoning. His most convincing argument was bunged in towards the end: 'there is no evidence for a God'. He should have just put that on the screen for 10 minutes and been done with it.

Christianity is = The worlds smartest business idea: had power to take away your sins for money. power to claim land.power to rule countries/assist rule. power to say that invading Jerusalem, and killing thousands while doing it was OK. power(and money) enough to build INSANELY huge and beautiful buildings as their "office" (churches). No outcome whatsoever, just income. Christianity is not stupid at all. it's BRILLIANT!(for the church)

Lol too bad that none of those people propagating the beleif system for their benefit were responsible for actually inventing it. The original first century church was persecuted, outcasted, stoned, burned alive, or fed to lions in an arena...Which of those sounds like something you would go through to uphold an invented deception for the sake of others profiteering off of uneducated peasants hundreds if not thousands of years after the fact?

Wether he's boring or not isn't relavant. as long as he's making a valid point does it matter. Cause if you're looking to base your entire lifestyle on something 'interesting' then by all means become a christian. That's what fairy tales were invented for in the first place.

Should someone possibly deluded about one part of their lives be labelled 'delusional' Science says that out of a complete void, there was a flash of light, the universe magically exploded into existence, just like Jack's beanstalk. To be honest that sounds just as unlikely, but that's my 'religion'. We can never conclusively prove who is right and who is wrong so lets just allow each other to believe what they choose and live in harmony. THAT is holding us back as a species.

To believe in religion you need to believe in two awesome acts: 1. the creation of an intelligent 'power' who was able to.... 2. create the universe To not believe requires only the one

Please explain why throughout the years there has been so so many different types of religion based on different deities. Religion is a way of fobbing off things we don't understand, religious people are cop-outs, grow up and discover the real world.

I'm not religious at all, but video's like this still make me a wee bit angry. Religions are based on belief. This video is basically the equivalent of telling an anorexic person that they're being stupid and they're not fat. The person with anorexia still believes they're fat.

Everyone who believes in any kind of superior being needs to listen to this. Before christianity and islam and any other religion were created and yes they were created, what happened to the people. If you believe that jesus brings you salvation than what happened to the people who died before christ came onto this earth. Did they gain salvation! no! because they probably believed in the greek gods like zeus. As richard dawkins once said " We are all atheists about most of the gods that societies have ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further. "

Look, the big bang theory is so much more plausible than a intelligent creator.... and at least there is evidence for the big bang theory. There is not one shred of evidence for a creator, but evidence against pretty much everything said in the bible. We don't need religion anymore!

Well the question you (Stain) need to ask yourself is this: "Can everything, the universe, come from nothing?" "Out of nothing, nothing comes!" It would require more faith for you to believe in your atheism than it would for me believe in God!

"You Ethiopians will also be slaughtered by my sword," says the LORD. And the LORD will strike the lands of the north with his fist. He will destroy Assyria and make its great capital, Nineveh, a desolate wasteland, parched like a desert. The city that once was so proud will become a pasture for sheep and cattle. All sorts of wild animals will settle there. Owls of many kinds will live among the ruins of its palaces, hooting from the gaping windows. Rubble will block all the doorways, and the cedar paneling will lie open to the wind and weather. This is the fate of that boisterous city, once so secure. "In all the world there is no city as great as I," it boasted. But now, look how it has become an utter ruin, a place where animals live! Everyone passing that way will laugh in derision or shake a defiant fist. (Zephaniah 2:12-15 NLT) Yes. That really wants me to believe.

this entire video is redundant and could be communicated with one sentence. "you think other religions are wrong, other religions think yours is wrong." there's no need for a 10 minute video. if you're trying to convince people, this is the wrong way to do it. your too on the offense.

If I had many miracles and am a Christian, then this is unfair to you who have had nothing but a lack of interest and a mind devoted to selfish intent. What makes a follower of Christ, but a heart that yearns to find a purpose in this maddening world. A Christian finds a leader who teaches them to love and a home beyond this world. Is it so wrong to do no wrong and have the highest morals and greater love and such a bright outlook and on top of all this, blessed by many many miracles and counting? Who is delusional? The one who is stuck with a low form of animal logic or the one who reaches the Heavens with a love for others that can not be found without Christ?

I do not claim my religious beliefs to be right or wrong. And, more importantly, I do not claim that you are wrong. However, I find it unfortunate that you think people like myself are incapable of a limitless love for others and that you, by following Christianity, have the highest morals. I don't agree with the video. But I don't agree with you either.

How old are you? 30, 40, 50? and you still believe in fairy tails such as this ridiculous sham made up by people who didn't understand what was going on in the world around it. There is no way that one being could create the whole universe around us in six days. Also, how do you explain the proof of evolution. Man was not placed on the world by 'God' one day. Give the reasons why humans still have the post-evolution features from their pre-evolution lifestyle such as fingernails, toenails, goosebumps, body hair, tailbones, wisdom teeth, male nipples, ear muscles, toes, appendix, sinuses, third eye lid, sub-clavius muscles, etcetera. You may aswell be believing in santa claus still delivering presents to every childs house in the world in one night. Except that is clearly a much more plausible story.

Anon: The problem with something like evolution consists of two things. 1) Blood Clotting, if that aspect evolved in humans from a so called ape, how did the ape survive post-evolution without a blood clotting system. it simply would have bled to death, decreasing the chances drastically of humans evolving. 2) If a an Intelligent Designer does not exist, can you explain the complexity of yet the most simple living organism: the Amoeba! It contains DNA and inside of that contains genetic coding that can fill 1000 Encyclopedias. The coding is not random, it is perfectly ordered, constructing the correct protein molecules which enables it to function as it does! Evolution gives no explanation for this Irreducible Complexity in which the organism cannot function unless all the parts are there, even in am amoeba! Without the required specifics it could not have evolved just like blood clotting in Apes. Carl Sagan, a devoted atheist and E.T Scientist, once came up with the following conclusions: "If he were to receive some message from space and the message consisted of some ordered structure such as prime numbers, he can conclude that some intelligent being must be behind it and controlling the message." Now if something as simple as an amoeba has ordered information that can fill 1000 Encyclopedias, then whats going to take more faith? To believe an intelligent designer was behind it, or that it all just happened by chance that everything is how it is?

Great for all of us who can use our brain. Not so good with delusional people. They do not want to wake up and get out of the bubble and they will do anything to cover their eyes and ears to any rational information and evidence against religious beliefs. But good try, though...

Er... is this supposed to be some Christian parody of atheist propaganda, or is it for real? I haven't previously encountered an atheist who's dumb enough to believe what the video's narrator appears to believe, so it looks like this is just a poor parody made by some sad Christian who just wants to set up a straw man for others to demolish - unless it is for real, in which case, wow, this guy really is dumb!

Totally agree. I'm sick of people preaching about thing that does not exist, like God. I've been sane for past 20 years and it feels great.

Ahhh thank you for improving my faith and realizing how lost I would be with out god. By the way if you want to convince people you should have a much less bias standpoint. toward the end you started to sound almost desperate. God bless.

this is probably the most stupid anti-christian show in the world. Thx for confirming my belief that people who do stuff like this do this for fun and not to convert people. Very weak points XD

If God doesn't exist then life has no meaning and we all may as well do what we want and go on a killing spree just for fun then commit rape for fun. If we're all destined to die anyway then what is the point of anything. It's better to believe in something even if you know it's a fairy tale than live a meaningless life.
